New Digital Prototyping Project
I’ve been busy working on a few new designs, and currently have a new machine configuration I decided to move forward with. During the process I’ll run through everything Inventor has to offer digital prototyping:
Frame Generator, Sheet metal, Weldments, Top-Down design, Assembly management, and Inventor’s Simulation and Stress Analysis environments. I’ll even get some electronics and motors cooking too.
All this just so I can get into Autodesk Simulation 2012. YES! Let’s see if I can simulate the effects of an endmill striking steel.
As usual, I’ll keep a steady flow of insights and information coming.
A new post for the NVIDIA Quadro test is coming up. We’ll see how it likes some detailed, large scale meshing, and maybe a point cloud too. Keep checking in.
